Made in Birmingham England, circa 1900, this is a gorgeous pair of small bud vases by C C May & Sons (Charles May). Lovely diamond cut hobnail pattern sitting on four feet with sterling silver rims. Rims are fully hallmarked. Perfect for a single flower. In ok/good condition commensurate with age and use. There are chips and flea bites to both but hard to see due to the pattern on the glass and the silver has dents (visible in photos). Priced accordingly. Height 10.5cm (one is a couple of millimetres shorter).
