Antique English J.SHERWOOD & SONS Pierced Silver Plate Decanter Coaster
Antique silver-plated decanter coaster made in Birmingham, England, by J.Sherwood & Sons - circa 1900. Beautiful openwork design with vertical lines which gives it a nice clean look and sits on three feet. A beautiful piece for the sideboard or table. Can also be used to hold a champagne or wine bottle. Makers mark stamped to inside base and numbered underneath. In great condition for age - some tarnishing and some scratching. Diameter to inside 13cm, externally 18cm, height 4.5cm.
