Made in England by AYNSLEY this is a gorgeous 20 piece vintage tea setting comprising six trios, a creamer and sugar bowl. White bone china with burgundy/red and gilt pattern. Backstamp suggests production date between 1940 and 1950. Makers mark to base and hand marked B4975. In great condition - no chips, losses or crazing, but one cup is visibly stained. Set has been priced accordingly. Width of side plate 15.5cm, diameter of saucer 14.5cm, height of cup 6.5cm approximately.
