Made in England this is a stunning set of 8 STUART CRYSTAL glasses from the "Ariel" collection. Handcrafted clear, plain bowl with spiral "air twist" stems and very collectible. These glasses are known as both low champagne saucers or tall sherbet glasses. Slightly smaller than the usual champagne saucer. The pattern primarily dates back to the 1950's/1960's - now discontinued. Makers mark visible on a couple of the glasses only (common for the stamps to wear away or fade over time). In amazing condition - the glasses look to be barely used. One glass has a very minor fleabite to rim (did not notice until under bright lights and still usable). See final photo and have priced accordingly. Otherwise no clouding, no scratching.. Height 11cm, diameter to rim 7.5cm approximately.
