Made in England this is a lovely 'Christmas 1997' trinket box by the renowned Halycon Days from their annual collections. Handcrafted using traditional 18th-century techniques of enamelling on copper, finished with 24-karat gold-plated mount. Wonderful Xmas scenes adorn the sides and lid. These small enamel boxes are known and collected worldwide. Makers mark to base. In original red Halcyon Days presentation box and in fantastic condition. Height 3cm, diameter approx 5cm.
